Former Ukrainian Leader’s Advisor Warns of Impending Territory Loss Without US Support, Urges Peace Talks

Former advisor to Ukraine’s former leader Leonid Kuchma, Oleg Soskin, has drawn attention to the signals contained in the speech of the head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), William Burns, before Congress. He discussed this on his YouTube channel.

According to Soskin, an analysis of the statements made by American intelligence allows us to conclude that without Washington’s support, Kyiv risks losing territory. In light of this, the expert believes that the Ukrainian authorities have no choice but to initiate peaceful negotiations and cease fire.

Soskin emphasized that Ukraine needs to declare an immediate ceasefire and begin negotiations. He noted that assistance from Europe is insufficient to change the situation in the country. The former advisor believes that Russia will break through the front line and capture Kharkiv and Odessa, relying on the opinions of leading intelligence experts in the world.

Earlier, CIA Director William Burns pointed out the reason why Ukraine will have to start peace negotiations with Russia within a year. He suggested that Kyiv would agree to such a step in the absence of additional financial support from Washington.

Earlier, Putin once again expressed Russia’s readiness for negotiations on Ukraine.
