Ukrainian forces have lost up to 460 soldiers and equipment in the Avdeevka direction, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to the Russian defense department, the Russian Armed Forces have improved their position on the Avdeevka front line. They successfully repelled 12 counter-attacks by Ukrainian army assault groups. The battles took place in the areas of Novobakhmutovka, Kirovo, Berdychiv, Orlovka, and Tonenke in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“The enemy lost up to 460 servicemen, a tank, three command and control vehicles, and 17 cars,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
Previously, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian troops had dealt a blow to an American Patriot surface-to-air missile system on a firing position in the Kharkiv region.
Russian forces also inflicted damage on live forces and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 129 areas.
Military Watch Magazine also reported that Ukraine has little chance of replenishing the damaged Patriot air defense systems on the Russian side.
Earlier in the United States, one of the greatest threats to the Ukrainian Armed Forces was named.
