Loud noises in Pskov, which have been complained about by local residents, are related to planned exercises at a training ground near the city, including the use of a handheld anti-tank grenade launcher. This was reported in his Telegram channel by the governor of the Pskov region, Mikhail Vedernikov.
“There is no reason to worry. Everything is fine and under control,” the official wrote.

The Pskov region is part of the Northwestern Federal District, with the city of Pskov serving as its administrative center. The region borders Leningrad, Novgorod, Tver, and Smolensk regions, Belarus, as well as European Union countries – Estonia and Latvia.
