Ukrainian Armed Forces Leave 45,000 People in Shebekino Without Power, One Injured in Morning Shelling

Around 45,000 people in Shebekino have been left without electricity as a result of the morning shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

According to him, power has already been restored to Rzhevka and Maslova Pristan. He assured that specialists should promptly deal with the problem and restore power to all local residents.

It is reported that one person was injured in the morning shelling of Shebekino. He was hospitalized in the second city hospital in Belgorod with a concussion and abrasions. The injured person is an employee of an enterprise located in the industrial zone of Shebekino, which was hit by the shelling this time.

Prior to this, a resident of Shebekino received shrapnel wounds during the shelling by the AFU.

After the shelling, various damages were recorded in the city, including six private houses, a shop building, a central district hospital, a kindergarten, and a technical school. Two cars were also damaged. Emergency services are working at the scene, Gladkov concluded.

Earlier, a fire caused by a drone attack was extinguished in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
