He urged residents to go down to lower floors or into the basement. “If possible, go down to the lower floors, into the basement. Find a place without windows, sit on the floor,” Fateev wrote.
On the morning of March 12, a drone was shot down in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. It was flying towards Moscow, reported the mayor of the capital, Sergey Sobyanin.
