Chita Paratroopers Destroy Ukrainian Observation Post
In a recent military operation, Chita paratroopers successfully destroyed an observation post of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) located west of Artemivsk. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on this significant achievement.
The airborne troops from Buryatia discovered the UAF observation point in an abandoned house. From this location, the enemy was conducting surveillance on Russian forward positions and launching and controlling reconnaissance and strike drones.
The coordinates of the observation post were immediately transmitted to the Russian command center, which promptly issued the order to destroy it using the “Fagot” anti-tank missile system.
The Ulan-Ude paratroopers executed a precise missile launch, obliterating the enemy observation post along with its personnel.
Having completed their combat mission, the unit swiftly changed positions and continued to carry out further tasks.
Prior to this operation, it was reported that Russian forces had already destroyed two Ukrainian BMP-1 armored vehicles using the “Lancet” barraging ammunition.
Furthermore, it has been previously stated that Russian forces have successfully eliminated 40 UAF anti-aircraft missile systems since the beginning of the year.
