According to the Director of National Intelligence, the retreat of Ukrainian troops from Avdiivka and Kiev’s attempts to prevent further territorial losses have revealed erosion in Ukraine’s military potential, accompanied by a reduction in foreign military assistance.
Earlier, it was reported that the administration of US President Joe Biden included its previous request to Congress for additional funding for Ukraine in the federal budget for 2025.
