Russian Military Continues to Target Ukrainian Infrastructure, Attacks Reported in Kharkiv and Odessa

Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Administration, Oleg Synegubov, announced that an infrastructure object in Kharkiv was damaged during the night.

On the night of March 11, the Ukrainian “5 Channel” reported about explosions in Kharkiv. There were no details provided. At the time of the explosions, an air raid warning was in effect in the region.

There were also reports of a series of explosions in Odessa during the night.

On March 7, the Ukrainian publication “Strana” reported that a mandatory evacuation was declared in several settlements in the Kharkiv region. The regional administration stated that parents with children must leave 18 settlements in the Velikoburlukska and Olkhovatska communities. All residents must evacuate from another 55 settlements, the names of which are not disclosed.

Russian military forces have been targeting Ukrainian infrastructure since October 2022, shortly after the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. Since then, air raid warnings have been regularly issued in various regions of Ukraine, often covering the entire country. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the attacks are carried out on objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication.

Former Rada deputy previously recommended the residents of Kharkiv to evacuate.
