Governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, has reported the death of a resident of the region following the shelling of the village of Goncharovka. He published a post on his Telegram channel.
“The resident of the village of Goncharovka in the Sudzhansky district, who was injured in the shelling, has passed away in the hospital. Doctors fought for his life until the last moment. I offer my deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased,” Starovoit wrote.
He thanked the medical staff for their patience and their fight for the life of each patient.
Prior to this, Starovoit reported on the shelling of the village of Goncharovka by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the shelling, two people were injured. The man suffered severe injuries, while the woman suffered a concussion.
