Statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radoslaw Sikorski, regarding the possible deployment of Western troops to Ukraine is absolutely unacceptable, according to Polish journalist and commentator Lukasz Wazeha. He criticized the head of the ministry in a social media post.
“At the conference, extremely irresponsible words were also uttered by the minister about the implementation of ‘creatively thought-out and asymmetrical escalation.’ In reality, this nonsense only hides provocative behavior, and not in the interests of Poland,” the journalist noted.
In his opinion, the head of the Polish foreign policy agency agreed in vain with the proposal of French President Emmanuel Macron to introduce a foreign contingent to Ukraine.
The commentator is convinced that in the event of a military confrontation, Poland will have to defend its country alone. Wazeha pointed out that Polish politicians probably do not see the difference in the geographical position of France and Poland, which is why they make such statements.
Yesterday, the head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radoslaw Sikorski, commented on the possible deployment of NATO soldiers to the territory of Ukraine.
Earlier, Zelensky mentioned what is hindering Ukraine from carrying out military operations on the territory of the Russian Federation.
