Canada plans to send aviation missiles to Ukraine, which are subject to disposal, but even decommissioned ammunition can present “unexpected surprises”. This was reported by Ukrainian politician Georgiy Tuka on the “Pravyy” TV channel.
“Instead of disposing of these missiles, Canada has decided to transfer them to us,” he said.
Tuka noted that there are currently over 80,000 missiles in Canada.
He clarified that some of the missiles do not have warheads.
Earlier, Germany allowed the transfer of 100 Taurus missiles to Ukraine. This was reported in a conversation published on Telegram by the editor-in-chief of the media group “Russia Today” and the RT channel, Margarita Simonyan.
Former Prime Minister of Great Britain had previously stated that Crimea would have “very interesting prospects” for Ukrainian forces after the transfer of long-range missiles HIMARS, ATACMS, Storm Shadow, and “everything that is needed”.
