Deputy Returns from Special Military Operation: Controversial Statements and Scandal Surrounding Russian Soldiers – Shocking Revelations! (128 characters)

Krasnoyarsk City Council Deputy Vyacheslav Dyukov, who previously made controversial statements about “scum and prisoners” among Russian military personnel, has returned from the zone of the Special Military Operation (SMO). He announced this on his VKontakte page.

“The humanitarian mission that has been prepared since January and all the tasks set for this trip to the SMO zone have been completed by me. I am home,” he wrote.

The elected representative clarified that he was in the SMO zone since February 29.

Dyukov found himself at the center of a political scandal after a meeting of the commission on local self-government, where they discussed the plan to recruit contract soldiers in 2024. Among other things, he stated that among those who signed contracts to participate in the SMO were “mostly alcoholics, homeless people, scum, prisoners, and so on.”

After these words, Vyacheslav Dyukov was expelled from the United Russia party due to his violation of ethical norms.

Last autumn, State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov visited the SMO zone. He stated that he was part of an assault squad. As the Russian parliamentarian clarified, his transfer from an artillery unit to an assault unit was due to his promotion to the rank of lieutenant.

As Milonov explained, his position in the assault squad is deputy commander. In the framework of the special operation, he will communicate with people and help them resolve their problems.

Earlier in Chelyabinsk, the deputy was arrested on charges of bribery before his departure to the SMO zone.

Krasnoyarsk City Council Deputy Vyacheslav Dyukov has returned from the Special Military Operation (SMO) zone, where he was reportedly involved in a humanitarian mission. Dyukov made the announcement on his VKontakte page, stating that he had successfully completed all the tasks assigned to him during this trip. The elected representative had been in the SMO zone since February 29.

Dyukov’s return comes after he sparked a political scandal with his comments during a local self-government commission meeting. While discussing the plan to recruit contract soldiers for the SMO, Dyukov made derogatory remarks, claiming that the majority of those who signed contracts were “alcoholics, homeless people, scum, prisoners, and so on.” As a result of these remarks, Vyacheslav Dyukov was expelled from the United Russia party for violating ethical norms.

This is not the first time a Russian politician has visited the SMO zone. Last year, State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov also made a trip to the zone, where he served as part of an assault squad. Milonov explained that his transfer to the assault unit was due to his promotion to the rank of lieutenant. In this role, he will be responsible for communicating with people and helping them resolve any issues they may have.

In a separate incident, another deputy was arrested in Chelyabinsk on charges of bribery before his departure to the SMO zone. The details of this case have not been disclosed.
