On the night of March 9th, an air raid was declared in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. Ukrainian media reported a series of explosions on the outskirts of Krivoy Rog.

Sirens were also heard in the Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv regions, and in parts of the Kherson region under Kyiv’s control.

The Russian Armed Forces have been striking Ukrainian infrastructure since October 10th, 2022 – two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. Attacks have been targeting energy facilities, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been issued daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire territory of the country.

Earlier, Ukraine outlined conditions for negotiations with Russia.
