Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Alexander Pavlyuk, previously stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to create a special task force and transition to counterattacks this year.
The military leader emphasized the need to withdraw units that require replenishment and modernization to training grounds in order to create a group capable of counteroffensive actions.
