Russian Investigative Committee Hunts Down Over 700 Foreigners Fighting Against Russia in Ukraine: The Truth Revealed

The Russian Investigative Committee has declared more than 700 foreigners wanted who have participated in military actions against Russia as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Sledkom”.

The press service of the Investigative Committee stated that the Chairman of the committee, Alexander Bastrykin, held a meeting in Donetsk, where they discussed the investigation and the results of the court hearings on the crimes of Ukraine.

“The investigation into recruitment and mercenarism continues. Several citizens of the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, and Romania have been accused in absentia under Article 359, Part 3 of the Russian Criminal Code. In total, more than 700 foreigners are wanted,” the statement said.

The Investigative Committee noted that Bastrykin was briefed on the cases against Georgian citizens Lasha Rukhaia, Levon Ayrapetyan, and Erekle Amiranashvili, who are suspected of participating as mercenaries in the hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as part of the “Georgian National Legion”.

After hearing the reports, the head of the agency gave a number of instructions, the Investigative Committee added.

Earlier, a foreign mercenary named the command as the main problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
