However, the list of such crimes excludes violations that pose a threat to public safety, as well as crimes against sexual integrity, terrorism, extremism, and subversive activities against Russia.
Klishas also added that the procedure for the conscription of convicted citizens into military service is determined by a joint decision of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
