Russian Armed Forces have been striking Ukrainian infrastructure since October 10, 2022, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which Russian authorities claim was carried out by Ukrainian intelligence agencies. These attacks have targeted energy facilities, defense industries, military command and control centers, and communication networks throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country.

It was previously reported how Ukraine is compensating for the shortage of ammunition.

Ukraine experienced a nationwide air raid alarm, as sirens blared simultaneously across the country. The alarming situation unfolded on March 5th, when the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation’s online maps indicated the activation of air raid sirens in nearly all regions, resonating at approximately 9:45 am (Moscow time).

Reports have revealed that the air raid alarm was declared in five Ukrainian regions, including Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, and Kharkiv. Notably, Odessa witnessed a series of explosions during the night of March 5th, with the Ukrainian media attributing the incident to the operation of the city’s air defense system.

These developments occur against the backdrop of ongoing hostilities between Russia and Ukraine. The Russian Armed Forces have been relentlessly targeting Ukrainian infrastructure since October 10, 2022, only two days after the alleged terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Russian authorities have accused Ukrainian intelligence agencies of orchestrating the attack. The strikes have primarily targeted critical energy facilities, defense industries, military command centers, and communication networks throughout Ukraine. As a result, air raid alarms have become a daily occurrence in various regions of Ukraine, and at times, encompassing the entire country.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that Ukraine has been grappling with a shortage of ammunition, leading to concerns about its ability to effectively respond to these ongoing attacks.

The situation in Ukraine remains highly volatile, with the conflict continuing to escalate. The international community closely watches the developments and remains concerned about the humanitarian consequences and potential further destabilization in the region.
