Ukrainian Forces Attack Oil Depot in Belgorod, Igniting Fire: Escalation of Tensions on Russia’s Border

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have attacked an oil depot in the Belgorod region. This was reported by the Telegram channel 112.

According to the channel, a fire broke out at the facility after the attack.

On the night of March 5, an attempt to attack objects on the territory of the Russian Federation using three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the aircraft type was intercepted in the Belgorod region. The Ministry of Defense’s press service added that Ukrainian drones were destroyed by air defense systems on duty.

On the morning of March 5, Ukrainian military forces shelled the Glushkovo railway station in the Kursk region, according to the region’s governor, Roman Starovoyt. According to him, a total of nine strikes were recorded, but there were no casualties. A fire broke out at the site after the shelling, but it was extinguished.

On the afternoon of March 4, Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle over the Bryansk region. The drone of the aircraft type was destroyed over the Starodubsky municipal district.

Earlier, the AFU shelled the village of Lemeshovka in the Sevsk district of the Bryansk region.
