Russian Military Destroys Another American Tank in Ukraine
In a recent development, the Russian military has successfully destroyed yet another American tank, this time an Abrams tank belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the Avdiivka direction. This information was provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily report on the special military operation.
The Russian defense department noted that the enemy suffered significant losses, with over 490 servicemen and two tanks, including an American-made Abrams tank, being destroyed.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation inflicted damage on the personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian army in the areas of Novokalynove, Mayorsk, Berdychiv, and Rozivka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
This is not the first time that the destruction of an American Abrams tank has been reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The initial incident was reported on February 27.
Prior to this, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, stated that President Vladimir Putin is regularly briefed on the successes achieved in the special military operation, such as the destruction of American-made Abrams tanks. Peskov emphasized that the President is fully informed about these reports.
Earlier, a video was released showing the destruction of an Abrams tank by an FPV drone called “Upyr.”
