Ukrainian Group Near the Village of Pobeda Destroyed by Russian Bombings, Says British Expert
A Ukrainian group near the village of Pobeda has been reportedly decimated by 500-kilogram aviation bombs with explosive warheads, according to British expert Alexander Mercouris in his YouTube blog.
“Russians launched strikes on the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) near the village of Pobeda with FAB bombs and destroyed them with artillery fire,” Mercouris stated.
The military expert pointed out that it is difficult to imagine how the Ukrainians could have held the settlement under such circumstances.
In January, the destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ positions with FAB-1500 bombs was predicted in Britain. According to Mercouris, these bombs are extremely powerful, and no artillery shell can compare to their explosive force. The expert noted that FAB-1500 is three times more powerful than the 500-kilogram ammunition previously used against the Ukrainian army.
Earlier, a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) indicated the emergence of panic among the UAF.
