Illegal Immigrants Suspected of Beating NYPD Officers Arrested in Phoenix, Flee to California Upon Release

WARNING-Graphic Footage: Correspondent CB Cotton has the latest on the criminal activity in NYC on ‘Special Report.’ Several of the illegal immigrants suspected of beating New York City police officers were arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, confirmed Monday night. Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources have revealed that the migrants allegedly involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were apprehended Monday evening by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix. The identities of the arrested suspects have not been disclosed, and there are no further details regarding which migrants seen beating the officers were among those arrested on Monday.

It has been reported that four of the migrants involved in the mob beating in New York were believed to be heading to California after the incident. Darwin Andres Gomez, 19; Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19; Wilson Juarez, 21; and Yorman Reveron, 24, fled to California after being released without bail. However, Jhoan Boada, 22; Jandry Barros, 21; and Yohenry Brito, 24, were later apprehended.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, expressed her concern during a news conference, stating that she wanted to discuss with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg why most of the suspects were released without bail. Hochul emphasized that prosecutors should have sought to keep them behind bars, highlighting that “an assault on a police officer is bail eligible.” She also mentioned the possibility of deportation for these individuals, as there are over 100 crimes that can lead to deportation.

This is a developing story, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
