As the CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management, Ackman expressed concern about the dangerous and absurd idea of Biden continuing for another term in the White House. He called for strength and leadership to ensure the safety of the nation.
The White House has not yet responded to Ackman’s criticisms. Following the attack, President Biden extended his condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers and vowed that the U.S. would hold those responsible accountable. In a separate post, Biden stated, “Have no doubt: We will hold all those responsible to account at a time and in a manner [of] our choosing.”
Bill Ackman, who gained public prominence for his successful campaign against scandals at Harvard University, has now turned his attention to Biden, arguing that the president is unfit to serve. Ackman has been critical of elite universities’ handling of antisemitism and corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. He has also expressed skepticism regarding Biden’s age and perceived weakness as a president.
