A new series of explosions has occurred in Odessa, according to local publication “Dumska”.
It is reported that another fire broke out in the city. Prior to this, there were reports of two series of explosions in Odessa.
After the recent explosions in the Odessa region, the air raid alert has been lifted. As of 00:45 Moscow time, sirens are sounding in the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, and Kharkiv regions, as well as in the Kiev-controlled areas of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
Earlier, there was a report of an explosion in the city of Dnipro.
On January 1, it was reported that an object in the port infrastructure of Odessa was damaged.
Since October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces have been launching strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, the air raid alert has been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country. According to statements from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the attacks are targeting objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the republic.
