Russian Defense Ministry Recognizes Brave Soldiers in Ukrainian Conflict

The Russian Defense Ministry has recently announced that members of the reconnaissance units of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Division have been awarded state honors for their bravery on the front lines of the conflict. This news comes from RIA Novosti.

According to the ministry, the reconnaissance soldiers of the division distinguished themselves in the conflict on the Artemovsk (Bakhmut) front.

The soldiers were presented with Orders of Courage, the insignia of the Order of St. George – the St. George’s Cross of the IV degree, as well as medals for bravery, valor, Suvorov, and Zhukov.

It is noted that the awards were presented by the commander of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Division, Colonel Evgeny Tonkikh.

Prior to this, it was revealed that Vitaly Kuznetsov, the Ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Society, visited the Cossack units on the Artemovsk front and presented awards to particularly distinguished fighters.

In addition, Kuznetsov provided humanitarian aid to the Cossack units, including automotive equipment, special gear, and equipment.

Earlier, Zelensky revealed the obstacles that prevent Ukraine from moving the conflict to Russian territory.
