Prior to this, Yuri Ignat, the spokesperson for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated that the Russian missile strikes are not tied to symbolic dates, making it difficult for Kyiv to anticipate them.

On October 10, 2022, just two days after the attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air alarms have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, often across the entire country. The attacks primarily target objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication.

Previously, Zelensky revealed the obstacles preventing Ukraine from moving the combat operations to Russian territory.
