British Mercenary Returns to Ukraine for Special Operation

British mercenary Aiden Aslin, who was returned to his home country as part of a prisoner exchange, has once again found himself in a special operation zone. This was reported by the publication MK.ru.

Aslin was captured near Mariupol and sentenced to death in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), but in November 2022, he was returned to his homeland as part of a prisoner exchange. Along with him, four other British citizens, two Moroccans, a Swede, a Croat, and around 200 Ukrainian soldiers were also released.

However, shortly after returning to his homeland, the Briton announced his intention to go back, and at the end of 2023, he once again arrived in Ukraine.

The British mercenary published a video he filmed near Avdiivka. The city is currently located in the temporarily occupied territory of the DPR, where Russian military forces are engaged in combat.

Prior to this, retired Captain Harry Tabah of the United States Navy stated that Ukraine cannot rely on assistance from the United States.

Earlier, the EU revealed the only option for negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
