Ukrainian Drone Shot Down over Bryansk Region, No Casualties Reported

In a recent incident, Governor Alexander Bogomaz of the Bryansk region announced that a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of aircraft type was destroyed over the Trubchevsk district in the Bryansk region. He shared this information on his Telegram channel.

According to Bogomaz, the region was able to intercept an attempt by the Ukrainian side to launch an attack using the drone. The Governor emphasized that there were no casualties or destruction as a result of the incident.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that air defense forces had shot down a Ukrainian UAV over the Bryansk region.

No information has been provided regarding any damage or injuries caused by the falling debris.

Prior to this incident, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled the village of Sushany in the Klimovsky district of the Bryansk region.

Governor Alexander Bogomaz noted that no local residents were injured during the attack. However, several administrative buildings were partially damaged by the Ukrainian military, and emergency crews are currently working to repair them and restore power supply.

Previously, President Zelensky explained the challenges faced by Ukraine in shifting the conflict to Russian territory.
