In a recent development, the Armed Forces of Russia have managed to shoot down several Ukrainian aircraft and missiles, including a supersonic heavy fighter jet, a subsonic ground attack aircraft, and a military helicopter. In addition to the aircraft, the Russian military also successfully shot down 35 HIMARS and “Uragan” multiple launch rocket system projectiles, six anti-ship missiles “Neptun,” and over 160 unmanned aerial vehicles.
