Ukrainian Armed Forces Suffer Significant Losses in Recent Attacks

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have experienced heavy casualties in recent clashes with enemy forces on the Kupyansk front, according to a report by the Russian Ministry of Defense. From January 6th to January 12th, units in the western regions of Ukraine successfully repelled 27 attacks and counterattacks from the 32nd, 43rd, 115th mechanized, 57th motorized infantry, 25th airborne assault, and 95th airborne assault brigades in the areas of Sinkovka, Ivanovka, Peschanoe, and Berestovoe in the Kharkiv region.

During these clashes, the enemy suffered significant losses, with over 585 fighters, three tanks, 14 armored vehicles, 18 automobiles, 11 field artillery pieces, and a multiple rocket launcher system “Grad” being destroyed.

On January 12th, the Ministry of Defense announced that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had lost a total of 995 soldiers and 35 pieces of military equipment on the Krasnolimansk front within a week.

Furthermore, it was revealed on the same day that Russian forces had targeted the locations of foreign troops within the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In addition, from January 6th to January 12th, the Russian Armed Forces launched 23 group attacks on Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities that produce unmanned aerial vehicles, armored vehicles, missile launchers, and artillery systems.

Earlier, the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urgently called for the adoption of an unpopular mobilization law.
