He highlighted that this modern method of armed combat enhances the effectiveness of other types of armed forces, such as counter-battery warfare and reconnaissance.
In a conversation with a businessman involved in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), Putin emphasized the high demand for both strike and reconnaissance drones in the combat zone. He recalled his meeting with frontline fighters on January 1st, some of whom are directly involved in operating drones. These individuals praised the efficiency of the unmanned aircraft.
The President underscored the multitude of tasks on the front lines, emphasizing the importance of staying one step ahead of the enemy. He mentioned that Vice Prime Ministers Andrey Belousov and Denis Manturov, as well as the Ministry of Defense, are actively addressing the drone issue.
