Russian Aerospace Forces have conducted a successful operation in the Krasnolimansky direction, according to Leonid Sharov, a senior officer at the press center of the “Center” troop grouping, as reported by RIA Novosti.
The tactical aviation swiftly destroyed four command and observation posts, three strongholds, as well as two areas where Ukrainian forces had concentrated their equipment in Torsk, Yamopolovka, and Chervona Dibrova. In addition, the positions of the 13th, 63rd, and 100th brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were targeted by air strikes using universal planning correction modules (UMPC-500).
The Russian Armed Forces also destroyed a Ukrainian military vehicle carrying ammunition in the Kupyansk direction.
On January 8, Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers delivered a strike on a fortified area of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Krasnolimansky direction.
On the same day, Russian reconnaissance drones eliminated Ukrainian infantry in the area of the special military operation.
Earlier, a Ukrainian fighter revealed the loss of 43 comrades-in-arms within three days.
