In a recent development, the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have reportedly destroyed four command and observation points along with three support points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU) in the Krasnolimansk direction. This information was shared by Senior Officer of the Russian group of forces “Center” press center, Leonid Sharov, with the news agency RIA Novosti.
According to Sharov, the operational-tactical aviation of the Russian group of forces swiftly took action and destroyed four command and observation points, three support points, and two areas with Ukrainian military equipment concentration in the areas of Torskoye, Yamopolovka, and Chervonaya Dibrova.
Furthermore, the positions of the 13th, 63rd, and 100th brigades of the VSU also faced airstrikes using universal planning correction modules UMPK-500.
On January 8th, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Su-34 fighter-bombers had launched an attack on a fortified area of the VSU in the Krasnolimansk direction.
Prior to this incident, it was reported that a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber had destroyed a command post of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Svatove-Kremennoy direction using an aerial bomb.
Earlier, the VSU had raised concerns about the tactics employed by the Russian army.
