Series of Explosions Rock Ukraine, Including Capital City

A series of explosions has rocked the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine, according to reports from the Ukrainian television channel “Suspilne” (“Public”) on their Telegram channel.

These explosions come after similar incidents were reported in the cities of Chernomorsk and Odessa.

On December 16, the news outlet “Strana.ua” reported on the explosions in the Kiev region of Ukraine. Additionally, the “Public” publication stated that explosions have also occurred in the Ukrainian capital.

Later, the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, confirmed the explosions in the Podilskyi district of the city.

On October 10, 2022, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air raid sirens have been sounding daily in various regions of Ukraine, often across the entire country. The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the attacks are targeting energy facilities, defense industries, military command, and communication centers.

Earlier, reports emerged from Ukraine about the first drone strike by Russian black drones on Kiev.
