Hotel Refuses Accommodation to Returning Soldiers, Citing Reservation Misunderstanding

In a recent incident at the “Dobrynya” hotel in the Rostov region, three military personnel returning to the Special Military Operation (SMO) zone were denied accommodation. The hotel management explained that the reserved room was intended for an adult couple with children, and there were no other available rooms. This information was reported by rostov.kp.ru, citing a hotel representative.

According to the representative, the reserved room was not suitable for the composition of guests in question. Additionally, the hotel staff mentioned previous instances where participants of special operations, who stayed at the hotel, were noisy and smoked in their rooms. However, the representative also acknowledged that officers, along with their wives or fiancées, have stayed at the hotel without any issues.

“They behaved very decently. People are all different,” the hotel employee further added.

Furthermore, the representative stated that the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation without providing a reason.

On December 18, the Don Mash Telegram channel reported that three military personnel returning from vacation to the special operations zone were denied accommodation in the city of Millerovo, Rostov region.

Earlier, Putin explained the reasons behind Russia’s involvement in the SMO.
