Russian forces have successfully disrupted five attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to rotate their troops on the front lines in the areas of Staromayorsk, Novomykhailivka, and Priyutne in the South Donetsk direction. The head of the press center of the “Vostok” group, Alexander Gordeev, reported this significant development to RIA Novosti.
According to Gordeev, the Ukrainian troops suffered significant losses, including the destruction of two vehicles, ten long-term firing positions, and the deaths of up to 90 servicemen. This successful disruption by Russian forces demonstrates their continued effectiveness in challenging Ukrainian military operations.
Furthermore, the Russian Ministry of Defense revealed that the UAF rotation in the Zaporizhia region was also disrupted. Russian reconnaissance units and artillery calculations inflicted heavy losses on the Ukrainian troops, resulting in the deaths of up to 35 servicemen and the destruction of two vehicles.
