Russian Su-34 Fighter-Bomber Successfully Attacks Ukrainian Armed Forces

In a recent operation, the Russian Aerospace Forces’ Su-34 fighter-bomber successfully attacked Ukrainian military personnel on the Krasnolimansk front, utilizing high-explosive aviation bombs (FAB) with the use of a universal planning and correction module (UPCM). The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a video of this operation.

The video footage showcases the stages of aircraft preparation for takeoff, the aircraft’s movement to the target area, the release of the bombs using the UPCM, and the aircraft’s return to base.

“During the combat flight in the area of the air defense system, the crew received information about the enemy’s concentration coordinates on the front line of the Krasnolimansk direction. Using high-explosive aviation bombs equipped with a universal planning and correction module, the crew conducted precise bombing, avoiding the enemy’s air defense zone,” the video description states.

Su-34 pilot Oleg reported that the flight took place at an altitude of 11,000 meters, “above the clouds.” “Everything went smoothly. All weapons functioned without failures, and the targets were hit,” the pilot added.

On December 7, Russian Aerospace Forces’ fighters also destroyed fortified positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Kupyansk front. During the combat flight, the aircraft crew received information about the concentration of Ukrainian personnel on the front line. To eliminate them, the Su-34 conducted a bombing of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ positions with high-explosive aviation bombs equipped with a universal planning and correction module. Such weaponry allows for precise strikes without entering the enemy’s air defense zone.

Earlier, it was reported that the first Checkmate fighters could appear in 2025.
