In recent attacks, Russian troops from the Southern Grouping have destroyed two armored vehicles, a pickup truck, three cars, and a 120-millimeter mortar of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF). This information was shared by Vadim Astafyev, the head of the press center of the Southern Grouping.
According to Astafyev, the Russian troops targeted Ukrainian positions using artillery and aviation in the areas of Grigorovka, Novomykhailovka, and Konstantinovka.
Astafyev also revealed that the temporary location point of the 79th Air Assault Brigade near Maryinka was hit.
He added that enemy forces in the areas of Kurdyumovka, Bogdanovka, Vasyukovka, Andreevka, and Klescheevka suffered casualties.
Prior to this, a quadcopter from the Far Eastern Separate Guards Airborne Division shot down a Ukrainian hexacopter known as “Baba Yaga” near Artemivsk (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut).
According to the agency’s information, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) are using agricultural drones to drop large-caliber mines.
Earlier, the United States identified this as one of the greatest threats to the UAF.
