The official spokesperson for the Palestinian President’s administration, Nabil Abu Rudaineh, has stated that Israel is intensifying its aggression towards the Palestinian population in Jerusalem and the West Bank. He has called on the international community to intervene and put a stop to these actions. This information was reported by the Palestinian agency, WAFA.
According to Rudaineh, Israeli settlers and armed forces regularly attack Palestinian cities, towns, and camps, carrying out field executions. Recent incidents have taken place in the city of Tamun and the Al-Faraa camp in Tubas.
Rudaineh holds the United States responsible for these attacks on Palestinians.
He stated that the only solution to the Middle East conflict is ending the “occupation” (the specific territory is not specified) and recognizing the Palestinian people’s right to freedom and independence in accordance with international law.
Prior to this, the United States announced sanctions for the violence against the population in the West Bank.
On October 27, Israel declared an “expansion” of its ground operation in Gaza.
