Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of Bernardo Pantaleon, a Phoenix man whose friends and family allege was targeted because of his sexuality. Authorities have charged the men with first-degree murder in the death of the 30-year-old victim, whose body was found naked and mutilated in a city park on November 25.
