Ukrainian Forces Suffer Heavy Losses in Recent Clashes on the Krasnolimansk Front

In the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces have experienced significant casualties on the Krasnolimansk front, with up to 280 fighters reported killed. This information has been released in an official report by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

According to the ministry, the Russian Armed Forces successfully repelled five attacks on the Krasnolimansk front during this period. The battles involved units from the “Center” task force, with support from army aviation and artillery.

The clashes took place near the settlement of Yamopolovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (LPR) and the village of Chervonaya Dibrova in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR). The attacks on Russian positions were carried out by fighters from the 63rd and 67th mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF).

“The total losses of the enemy on this front amounted to up to 280 servicemen, five ‘Kozak’ armored vehicles, and three cars,” stated the military statement.

On December 4th, the Ukrainian news outlet “Ukrainska Pravda” reported, citing a source, that the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, had requested 17 million rounds of ammunition from US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin during their negotiations. The military leader also emphasized Kiev’s need for financial support from Washington, amounting to $350-400 billion.

The article mentioned that such demands surprised the head of the Pentagon. According to the source, it would be impossible to gather such a large amount of ammunition, even with the help of all countries in the world.

Earlier, a captured UAF soldier revealed the punishment he faced for rescuing a severely wounded comrade.
