Tragedy Strikes as 3-Year-Old Boy Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver in New York City

In a heart-wrenching incident, a 3-year-old boy named Quintas Chen from Flushing, New York, tragically lost his life after being struck by a hit-and-run driver just feet away from his home.
