As of 8:38 am Moscow time: On Tuesday, leading specialist from the Weather Center “Phobos,” Mikhail Leus, reported that Moscow will experience cloudy weather with intermittent clearings and brief snow showers in some areas. The capital is expected to have temperatures ranging from minus three to minus five degrees Celsius, while the Moscow region will have temperatures ranging from minus two to minus seven degrees Celsius. Icy conditions are present on roads and sidewalks.
