Air sirens were heard in the regions of Nikolaev, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kirovohrad in Ukraine, according to data from the national public alert system.
According to the agency’s information, the signals sounded at 1:54 am local time in the Nikolaev region and then spread to two other regions.
The message states that the alert was declared in the parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions controlled by Kyiv, as well as in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Earlier, explosions occurred in the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine.
On October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air sirens have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, often throughout the entire country. According to the Ministry of Defense, the attacks are targeting objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication.
Earlier, a soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces expressed confusion about the reasons for the conflict in Ukraine.
