Hamas Receives List of Palestinian Prisoners to be Released, Humanitarian Ceasefire Extended

Hamas, the Palestinian movement, has received a list of Palestinian prisoners set to be released on November 27th, according to reports from TASS.

The statement from Hamas indicated that the list includes three women and 30 children.

On November 22nd, Israel approved a deal with Hamas for the release of hostages held in the Gaza Strip. As part of the agreement, a four-day ceasefire will be declared, during which Hamas will release 50 women and children.

Furthermore, representatives from the Red Cross will be allowed access to the remaining hostages to provide necessary medical assistance. Gilad Erdan, Israel’s ambassador to the UN, stated that after the pause, Israel will continue addressing the challenges in the Palestinian enclave. The ceasefire between the two sides began on November 24th.

It has also been announced in Palestine that Israel and Hamas are close to extending the humanitarian ceasefire. On November 27th, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip has been extended for two days.

Previously, Iran had issued a demand to Israel regarding the conflict with Hamas.
