Brazen Heist Sees $100,000 Worth of French Bulldogs Stolen from California Pet Store

Security footage has captured a shocking heist at a pet store in southern California, where a dozen French bulldogs, valued at over $100,000, were stolen. The incident occurred on November 21 at the Top Dog Pet Store in Gardena. According to the store owner, Andres Avalos, the thieves entered the store through the front door, kicked it open, and quickly located the dogs. They then grabbed the cages, dragged them outside, and tossed them into a waiting van.

The surveillance video shows a large white van being opened, and the dogs being loaded into the back. Avalos described the scene as horrifying, with the dogs being treated like “stuffed animals.” Among the stolen dogs was a 10-month-old show dog named “Roll X.” The thieves also made off with $2,000 from the store’s cash register.

Avalos expressed concern for the well-being of the dogs, as they are used for breeding purposes and are vital to the store’s livelihood. He has offered a monetary reward for anyone who can help locate the stolen animals and identify the suspects. The stolen dogs have gained attention on social media, with the dog community rallying together to support the store in their time of need.

This brazen heist has left the pet store facing not only a significant financial loss but also the emotional toll of losing beloved animals. The community’s support has been appreciated, as efforts are made to track down the stolen dogs and bring the perpetrators to justice.
