US Considers Limiting Arms Sales to Israel, Raises Questions about Biden’s Stance on Middle East Conflict

In a recent statement, the White House National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, announced that the United States may restrict arms sales to Israel and impose conditions for future military aid to Tel Aviv. This comes in response to President Joe Biden’s remarks about discussing specific conditions for approving these shipments.

“[President Biden] responded to the question and acknowledged the idea [of imposing restrictions on military aid],” stated Sullivan.

On November 24th, President Joe Biden emphasized the need for the international community to renew its efforts towards a two-state solution to the conflict between Palestine and Israel.

Earlier, The Guardian reported that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East diminishes Biden’s chances of re-election.

It was previously reported that Israeli intelligence had knowledge of Hamas attack plans for a year.
