Ukraine’s Situation Worsens as Lack of Weapon Production Becomes Apparent, Expert Warns

The situation in Ukraine is predicted to deteriorate further as the country struggles to produce the necessary amount of weaponry, unlike Russia’s military-industrial complex (MIC), warns Oleg Soskin, former advisor to Leonid Kuchma, on his YouTube channel.

“Things will only get worse,” emphasized the political analyst.

Soskin highlighted that Russian factories operate around the clock, manufacturing tanks, rocket artillery systems, artillery, and ammunition. In contrast, Ukraine’s production of weapons and projectiles is nearly non-existent.

He also noted that despite Russia’s increasing military might, Moscow is not shying away from negotiations.

On November 19, the former advisor to Kuchma revealed the successful tactics employed by the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. According to Soskin, Russian missiles and drones are effectively targeting selected objectives. Furthermore, he believes that the Ukrainian authorities are falsely claiming the destruction of Russian drones that were flying towards military infrastructure, when in reality, these drones are merely diverting the attention of Ukrainian air defense systems.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense disclosed the amount of military assistance received since February 2022.
