Prince Harry Frightened and Cursing through Haunted Maze with Jimmy Fallon.
Prince Harry, who is not known for being easily scared, let loose a string of expletives and screamed in sheer terror as he explored NBC’s “Jimmy Fallon’s Tonightmares” haunted attraction at Rockefeller Center. The Duke of Sussex joined Fallon on Thursday’s episode of the talk show where they both donned chest-mounted cameras to capture their experience in the spooky maze.
At the start of the segment, Fallon asked Harry if he was easily scared, and the British royal replied that while he isn’t normally, this day might be an exception. Their foray into the haunted maze began with a sinister-looking character actor greeting them at the entrance, causing Harry to curse just seconds in.
As they made their way through the attraction, words flashed on the screen declaring that there was a serial killer on the loose, and Harry spotted a figure in white makeup and black rings around her eyes. He initially thought it was a panda before realizing it was a knife-wielding figure lunging towards them.
Harry’s fear continued to grow as they encountered more terrifying creatures such as werewolves and zombie drummers, resulting in the prince shouting profanities and holding onto Fallon’s hand for reassurance. Near the end of the attraction, a sinister-looking creature burst out from behind them causing Harry to ball up his fist as if he was going to strike the actor out of fear.
Harry’s appearance on “The Tonight Show” comes shortly after he celebrated his 40th birthday on September 15th, receiving an $8.5 million cash bonus arranged by his late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. The Duke of Sussex has been in New York for several events, including The Diana Award, and is set to return to the UK as a guest of honor at the WellChild Awards in London on September 30th.
