The House Oversight and Reform Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis issued an addendum to its report stating that there is sufficient evidence showing former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo played a direct role in altering a July 6, 2020 state health department report about COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. This directly contradicts Cuomo’s sworn testimony that he had no involvement or knowledge of the report and its subsequent changes. The subcommittee states it is evaluating all avenues at its disposal to hold Cuomo accountable for his alleged false statements.
