A disgraced CIA officer who sexually abused numerous women across multiple countries was sentenced to three decades in prison after pleading guilty to four of 25 counts, including sexual abuse, coercion and enticement, and transportation of obscene material. Brian Jeffrey Raymond, a San Diego native, drugged his victims before creating obscene content involving them without their knowledge or consent. His criminal acts were revealed during an investigation into incidents in Mexico, Peru, and other locations between 2006 and 2020. The CIA has publicly condemned Raymond’s horrific actions, stating there is no excuse for his behavior.
